I didn’t build Living Water Providers because I had it all figured out.

I built it because I almost forgot myself trying to do it the way we were told.

I know what it’s like to show up with your whole heart and be asked for more. 

To offer presence in a system that rewards productivity. 

To wonder if caring this deeply is the problem—when it’s actually the medicine.

I’m a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, a former case manager, a clinician, a mentor, and a woman of faith. 

But more than that—I’m someone who believes that how we care for others should never require the abandonment of ourselves.

Living Water Providers isn’t a business strategy. 

It’s a return.
To presence. 

To pace. 

To the clarity we were born with.
It’s for providers who are ready to practice in a way that honors their nervous systems, their intuition, and their calling—not just their credentials.

I don’t tell people how to practice. 

I remind them why they still want to.
